Booking Terms

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking (this will be deducted from the overall price on checking out). A confirmation letter requesting the deposit to secure the booking will be sent within a few days of your making your reservation. On arrival guests must arrive no earlier than 2.00pm (unless otherwise arranged).

Payment

Payment is made on checking out. We cater for all major credit cards. Guest must vacate the room by 11.00am.

Cancellation Policy

In all instances notice of cancellation must be in writing and will be effected from the date of receipt.
A cancellation charge will be levied calculated on the following basis.
